So here’s a weird one that totally blindsided me, in a good way. It’s called The Gang, and on paper it sounds like a weird mashup of poker, deduction, and co-op chaos. But I picked it up on a whim and played it for the first time yesterday, and by the third game the whole table was all-in.
Here’s the pitch: You and your crew are pulling off a series of bank heists. To crack the vault, your team has to line up your poker hands in perfect order, from weakest to strongest. The catch? You don’t know exactly how strong your hand is. You’re flying half-blind and just hoping your read on the table (and your teammates) is right.
